Shipping policy

Nite Read sells digital PDF eBooks. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, parcels, or tracking numbers.
How digital delivery works
- Complete payment using a valid email address.
- After Shopify confirms payment, Pendora Downloads automatically sends an email containing the download link.
- Open the link and save the PDF to your device.
Delivery can be delayed while a payment is processing or if the email is filtered into a spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If the download email does not arrive
- Check the email address used at checkout;
- Check spam, junk, and promotions folders;
- Search your inbox for “Download your files” or “Nite Read”;
- Contact us with your order number so we can verify the order and resend access.
File requirements
You need internet access and a device or application capable of opening PDF files. Please save a backup copy after downloading.
Personal-use license
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases are licensed to the buyer for personal use only. Files and download links may not be resold, shared, uploaded publicly, or redistributed.
